Affordable Housing Guide
All people want safe, decent, affordable housing for many reasons: to remain in the community where they were raised or to become part of a community in which they want to settle; to provide a safe environment in which to raise a family; and to live in an attractive, safe environment that they can afford. Understanding the need for affordable housing in your community is the important, yet easy first step to such development. The challenge lies in finding the actual mechanism or process to begin an affordable housing development within your community. The following information guide provides information regarding affordable housing development as well as contact information for agencies/entities who can provide financial assistance to interested communities.
